Blankets made from High Quality Linens
Our blankets are produced from wool and pure Irish Linen. With Irish linen, the flax fibers are extra long than what you would find in most fabrics, the weave is also significantly bigger than compared to other fabrics. With sizes and length of the fibers, it allows for the excellent breathing capabilities that linen naturally has, and our blended blankets are no different.
Linen Blankets are tough than any other
Linen is also known to be up to 30% stronger than any other material, Especially when damp. This is why Linen has been used for centuries, because of the natural strength of Linen.
Merino Wool is then blended with Linen to provide the sheer warmth that you would typically find with normal wool blankets. This combination provides you additional warmth and its comfortability, our blankets fall into the category of only the best.
Linen is very durable and will literally last up to 3x times longer than your conventional blankets, and because of this, it's the perfect blanket.
Linen is Quick Drying
Another fantastic feature to mention is that Linen is very quick drying, because of the length and both strength fibers, it allows for extra breathability, allowing your blankets to dry significantly quicker.
Blankets are Antibacterial
Linen is also antibacterial, again, because of the length and strength of linen, it provides uneven surfaces where bacteria is unable to thrive and progress. With most other fabrics, it's generally smooth and tight, giving bacterial a chance to grow and multiply. Linen is rough, and with the amount of air flowing through the fibers, it disperses any and all bacteria, keeping you safe and protected, and keeps your blankets fresher for much, much longer.
