First off, I'm not sure if this works for any mask that exists, but it DOES work for our range. Feel free to get in touch if you've any questions!
Here, our "head" features again to help with this demonstration.
How to find the width
When measuring the width, start about 1cm (just under half an inch) up from the tip of your nose. Measure around towards your ear. You want to make sure that the mask will be able to cover from your nose, and reach over towards your ear. Don't choose a length that will cover your ear though.
NOTE: The width measurement is for half your face. Not ear to ear.
Which would fit best to this measurement?
- Medium is 13cm
- Large is 14cm
- Extra Large is 15cm
How to find the height
Just like it the line shows on our head below, start from about 1cm (or half an inch) up from the tip of the nose. Measure down over the tip of your nose and then straight down to your chin. You don't have to follow the contours of your face so carefully this time.
When choosing a height, make sure it's enough to cover your nose. It's also good to choose a size that will cover around your chin (and jaw) a bit, as this makes it harder to touch your face subconsciously.
- Medium is 16cm
- Large is 17cm
- Extra Large is 18cm
In terms of what to expect, most women so far have been best with a medium or large. Men tend to be a large or extra large. (I'm an extra large, but my family tends to have big heads!)
